The School is
dedicated to the holistic
formation of a new order of business professionals – Novus Ordus – enlivened by an entrepreneurial spirit, possess skills, knowledge,
and attitudes reflecting the best of human values to work towards a just
and equitable society.
VISION
The Entrepreneurs School of Asia is a dynamic institution that aspires
to become a leader in entrepreneurship research, development, and education in
the region.
Whether you want to start your own
business or climb the corporate ladder, having the E-Factor could spell
the difference. The E-Factor refers to being entrepreneurial –
having the drive to seek opportunities, taking intelligent risks,
thinking out-of-the-box, being
innovative, persevering, self-confident, and industrious.
Just as importantly, it is also
having the initiative to seek, and skill to identify great opportunities
matched with the determination to relentlessly pursue those
opportunities until success is achieved. The E-Factor does not apply
only to those who start their own venture.
The
institution ignites the entrepreneurial spirit
in its students, further develops their skills
and attitudes, provides them mentoring, and
inculcates a strong sense of values and social
responsibility.
The school has
various programs ranging from the
SEE Program, Teenpreneur,
and EXL (experiential learning) classes that enable students
to help NGOs and less fortunate communities. These
experiences act as excellent vehicles for experience and personal growth
of the students while living out the school's tenets of
"learning by doing" and helping create positive change in
society.
Ultimately,
E.S.A. through all its endeavors aims to produce a new order
- Novus Ordus - of business professionals, those who are
"Entrepreneurs for Society."
A combination of academic,
co-curricular and extra curricular programs fan the flames
that make up the ESA learning experience. Integral to this
unique experience are the
Entrepreneurial Formation Programs. These programs bring out
and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit and skills.
The
best way to learn how to be entrepreneurial is to engage in activities
that bring it out and develop it.
Every
ESA student goes through various entrepreneurial-formation
activities – from simulations to real world activities –
right from their first term and all the way to their final
year. They are the core of the ESA experience.
Another
integral part of the ESA experience is that its students are
given an opportunity to be socially responsible and make a
positive impact while they are pursuing their studies.
